Does North Carolina have online casino games?
Not under a state licence. Three separate things are legal here and none of them is an online casino: regulated online sports wagering, the North Carolina Education Lottery's online games, and Class III casino gaming on tribal land. Tribal casino gaming
Casino-style gaming — real slot machines, live blackjack, roulette, craps — is lawful in North Carolina on the sovereign land of federally recognised tribes, under compacts made within the framework the National Indian Gaming Commission administers. The Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians operates properties in Cherokee and Murphy; the Catawba Indian Nation operates one near Kings Mountain. These compacts cover gaming conducted at those properties.
